Making your own Embossing Plate

Do it yourself embossing folder

and….for those of you who prefer a written tutorial….here you go!

Cut a 5 x 6 1/2 piece of chipboard. I used the back of a 12 x 12 paper stack .

Using a paper punch, cut out about 24 butterflies.

With your favorite adhesive, glue the butterflies to your 6” x 5 1/2” piece of chipboard, 2 layers thick

in a random pattern…

Run through your die cutter with an embossing mat.

It looks so much better IRL…honest!

Now…sit back and admire your work.
